Privacy Policy
This policy is a practical summary for course inquiries, enrollment, communications, and payment-related workflows. It is designed with reference to Canadian private-sector privacy principles.
When a family joins a course or contacts One AI Labs, we may collect student name, parent or guardian contact information, email, phone number, grade, school, course selection, schedule preference, learning goals, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
We use registration information to place students in the correct cohort, contact families about scheduling, provide course support, maintain attendance and learning records, process payment through a third-party payment provider, and improve our programs.
Families may contact us to request access to personal information, correct inaccurate information, or ask how student information is being used. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for education, administration, legal, and payment records.
